JOB TITLE: Billing Clerk

LOCATION: Ashford

SALARY: £23,000-£25,000 (depending on experience)

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

STARTING: Monday 9th March

CONTRACT: 6 - 12 months (possibly permanent)

BENEFITS: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays



Are you an experienced Accounts Clerk, Sales Ledger Clerk or Accounts Receivable Clerk looking for your next exciting role? Are you quick at learning new systems with great accuracy? Are you available immediately? If so, keep reading as this may be the role for you!



The day to day duties in your new job would be:

* Moving and managing large quantities of billing and client information from one electronic system to another.
* Correcting client account information such as pricing details, purchased products, client contact information, billing account details and other relevant client data.
* Producing invoices and quotes to send to clients.
* Managing data for both small and large accounts.
* General administration duties.



We'd love to speak to candidates who:

* Have experience within an accounts role and with invoicing knowledge.
* Have strong IT and Excel skills and learn new systems quickly for example, AX, Salesforce and Netsuite.
* Have a "heads down" approach to work.
* Have work within a Sales Ledger, Accounts Receivable or Accounts Administration role.
