My client, a leading brand in their industry, is seeking a Payroll Manager to join them in a newly created standalone role.
The Payroll Manager will report into the HR Director and take direct responsibility for contributing to the seamless processing of a complex mix of weekly and monthly payroll, with multi-site staff across the UK.
Key accountabilities
-Full ownership of the payrolls
-Ensure that all deadlines are met and service levels to employees are met
-Liaise with all departments to maintain a high visibility across the business
-Promote leadership and teamwork
Knowledge and Experience
To be considered is essential you have extensive, hands on, payroll management and be able to be self-sufficient, whilst delivering exceptional customer service. A background of working within a multi-site FMCG business would be advantageous. Ability to demonstrate leadership, to work under pressure and excellent planning and organisational skills will also be essential.
