SALARY: £24k - £28k
LOCATION: Ashford - your own transport is essential due to the location of the company
HOURS: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm

CO. TYPE: Utility/Construction company
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
* Schedule & Control Works between Engineers & Clients
* Job processing providing updates to Engineers & Clients
* Liaising with Project Managers, Clients & Field Engineers
* Regularly liaising with local authorities
* Submitting and Closing permits
* Updating the CRM system and in house databases
* Data Entry for invoices
* Diary Management
* Telephone Call Management
We'd love to speak to candidates with:
* Administration experience working for a Utilities/Construction company is essential
* Experience scheduling and co-ordinating engineers
* MS Office
* Excellent attention to detail
