Senior IT Service Desk Engineer - Sittingbourne, Kent - Up to £30,000 plus overtime & benefits (DOE) - ASAP Start.
I currently have a great opportunity for a Senior Service Desk Engineer to join a very well established business based in Sittingbourne.
They are looking for an individual who has excellent skills supporting MS Server, Desktop, Active Directory and Networking skills.
As a Senior IT Service Desk Engineer you will be providing 1st/2nd/3rd Line service desk, remote and field support. You will also get the opportunity to work on IT projects which covers everything from deployments, roll outs, migrations and upgrades
Skills required
* Excellent technical and communication skills
* MS Desktop & MS Office
* MS Server and Hyper-V
* Active Directory Security and Administration, GPO
* TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
* Support and troubleshoot hardware such as printers, routers, desktops and servers
* WAN, LAN, VLAN, VPN, Layer 2/3 switching
