Digital Product Data Administrator

This role will suit an individual who has the ability and skills to upload high volumes of product data on a daily basis!



Hours 09.00-17.00 Monday to Friday

The idea candidate

* Must be experienced and competent with data management and manipulation in Excel

* Excellent attention to detail and working with extreme accuracy
* Able to work on long term tasks or projects without losing focus
* Have a keen interest in IT and eCommerce
* A good understanding of spreadsheet
* Are self-motivated and proactive
* Are able to communicate well
* And work well on your own or in a team as needed



The role

* Creation and management of product data for several websites in bulk using CSV files
* Using this data to upload new products and manage existing ones
* Liaising with third parties (including manufacturers) to gain the relevant information and solve any problems that may arise
* Analysing sales data and pricing to draw meaningful conclusions
* Additional tasks or projects may need to be undertaken depending on the needs of the company or department



The right person for this role will be able to aid in managing a large array of products (well over 60,000!) including pricing, product specifications and images. Working in bulk is key - so you won't be put off by large numbers, huge files or long spreadsheets.
