We are looking for highly professional candidates that speak fluent German and English that have a great telephone manner
Are you great on the phones and able to converse in German and English? Then we have the role for you!
Salary: Circa £18,211.00
We are currently for Call Centre Staff for our client in Dover. This is an incredibly varied role that involves KPI’s and targets in which you would be dealing with calls from all over Europe
• Fluent in English and German
• Professional telephone manner
• Ability to converse in English and German via telephone
• Experience within Sales or Contact Centre would be advantageous
• Ability to liaise with and question Senior Management
• Good problem-solving skills
• Experience in a target driven environment would be useful
• Top notch listening and questioning skills
• Previous experience of working within travel, hospitality or leisure would be very beneficial
