Bradstow is a creative and unique residential school for children between the ages of 5 & 19. It is situated in 13 acres of parkland in Broadstairs. We seek to meet the needs of children and young people with autism and severe learning difficulties with associated behaviours that may be challenging. We have achieved national recognition for our developments in Communication and Behaviour Management.

We are looking for a hands-on and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to support the school’s HR function. A generalist HR role, the main responsibilities of the role include resolving queries from staff and management relating to pay, terms and conditions; liaising with Wandsworth Borough Council Departments and supporting with Employee Relations casework and other projects.

A relevant level 7 CIPD qualification, or willingness to achieve is desirable for this role.
