Customer Service Representative - Insurance - Maidstone - £20,000
Our client is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Maidstone. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to enhance their skills and develop experience within an office-based environment.
Main responsibilities:
* Handling inbound phone calls from new and existing customers
* Managing existing customer accounts and up-selling products
* Processing quotes using the online quotation system
* Working towards new business targets
* Keeping up to date with company products, policies and procedures
* Assisting the Customer Services Team when needed
* General administration duties
Requirements:
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Confident telephone manner
* Ability to build strong relationships
* Previous experience working within an office environment
* Knowledge on the insurance / financial services sector desirable
