Legal Executive/ Solicitor Wills and Probate
Location - Thanet (on-site parking!)
Hours - 9am to 5.30pm
Salary - up to £50,000 doe
The role...
Running own case load of wills and probate related matters, working closely with partners to promote both the department and firm as a whole.

Established for over 130 years, this firm is highly respected both locally and further afield. Although traditional, our clients' staff are friendly with a modern and approachable outlook.
The personâ¦
â¦should be forward thinking, with at least 5 years relevant experience.
â¦has a professional and friendly approach and always represents the client positively.
â¦will be knowledgeable in wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, lasting power of attorney, court of protection etc.
⦠would ideally be a STEP member, this will be an advantage.

Up to 25 days annual leave plus bank and statutory holidays
1 week closure over Christmas
On site parking
