Due to our client’s continued growth, they are looking for an experienced 2nd line Project Engineer to join their Professional Services Team. Having recently celebrated their 25th Anniversary, they are a well-established, friendly, successful and ambitious company with an outstanding reputation.

As part of the dedicated Professional Services Team, the Project Deployment Engineer will work closely with the team deploying new IT solutions and helping clients succeed through technology. As a Deployment Engineer, you will be customer-facing and rolling out new technologies in a thorough and professional manner.

Responsibilities of the role:
· Deploying IT solutions in support of the Implementation Team
· Owning & Implementing single phase project work to the highest standard
· Achieving both personal and team targets such as customer satisfaction
· Working to deadlines, whilst maintaining quality and accuracy
· In depth documentation and record keeping

What you will need:

· Ideally you will be from a Managed Service background
· Great customer service skills
· Positive and passionate about technology
· Good problem-solving skills
· A thirst for learning, and staying “ahead of the curve”
· Flexibility and adaptability
· 2nd Line level Experience with most of our core technologies: O365, MS Desktop (Windows 7, 8, 10), MS Server (2012/2016/2019), Switches (HP), Routers, Firewalls (WatchGuard), DHCP, DNS, WiFi Solutions (Unifi), MS Office (2010/2013/2016), Antivirus, Backup technologies (Veeam), Virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMware) and Active Directory

Further details:
40 hours per week - 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday. Project Deployment Engineers need to be flexible and available to occasionally work additional hours where required to fulfil the demands of their role.
