Childrensalon is the leading retailer in luxury fashion for children, working with some of the largest brands in the world.
We have an exciting opportunity to support our growth. We are on the lookout for an individual with a strong understanding of variant testing tools; including Google Analytics and who also possesses excellent organisational skills.

As a Personalisation & Conversion Executive you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring the execution of the existing personalisation strategy, online and offline, to increase overall engagement and conversion rates and also to provide customers with a tailored journey.

Responsibilities:

- Create personalised experiences across Digital & Marketing touchpoints including but not limited to Website, Mobile, App and digital
marketing channels.
- Work with the CX Manager & wider team to expand on the existing A-B/MVT optimisation plan based on insights and business objectives.
- Test and implement AB/ MVT tests for personalising the customer experience and optimising audience segmentation that drives customer
satisfaction and conversion rate improvements across our B2C channels, applying these across territories / devices / channels.
- Execute and deliver the agreed upon plan within the various tools currently being used by Childrensalon.
- Track and analyse all tests, hypotheses and outcomes, producing monthly/quarterly comprehensive reports and analysis for management.
- Actioning insights to continuously improve the overall customer journey and ensuring regular communication to relevant teams.
- Develop a testing, optimisation and personalisation plan to support Marketing campaigns.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis, insights, and stay ahead of industry best practice.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to provide insights and ideas on personalising experiences for
current campaigns and projects.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

Essential Skills:

- A keen eye for detail, be enthusiastic, reliable and being able to pick up new skills quickly and efficiently.
- Experience of working in an eCommerce environment or working with B2C/ eCommerce clients.
- Experience working on personalised user experience in an eCommerce environment.
- Strong understanding of testing principals and tools, along with Google Analytics and / or other reporting tools.
- A genuine passion for improving customer experience is also a must.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.

Desirable Skills:

- Knowledge of basic HTML is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience working with a personalisation tool such as Monetate or Adobe Target.
