Working for the director of this Recruitment Agency. in a team of 4 .. its a varied and interesting role.
Will train the right candidate.... some of the duties include.
Assisting the director with his Recruitment...
- Selecting suitable candidates and match them to a client?
- Handle interview schedules and liaise professionally with candidates and clients?
- Update systems and keep all parties informed of progress
Arranging Interviews on a daily basis.
Excellent standard of education and a good telephone manner is required!
