We are looking for an organised, self-motivated person, with excellent communication skills to assist our sales and accounts department and join a warm, friendly and professional team as we continue to grow in our new offices in Ash.
This will be 2-3 days a week, 9-5.30pm.
Some key duties for this role are:
The administrator would daily answer incoming phone calls from clients and suppliers.
Update and maintain our social media and run various marketing and advertising campaigns with the input of our sales team.
Communicate with sales, accounts and stores on stock, orders and queries.
Place orders with suppliers.
Weekly they will Check our purchase orders against supplier invoices/statements.
General office filing both electronic and paper.
Chase any outstanding money
Excellent communication skills with quick calm thinking.
Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
An interest in social media
Good ability to use Microsoft office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
