Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Site Manager to join their construction company based in Rochester, Kent.
The role entails;
• Manage the project to ensure that the clients requirements are met
• Manage the project to ensure timescales are achieved and costs stay within the set budget.
• Regularly communicating with the estimator to ensure that all costs are within forecasts
• Managing and coordinating construction workers
• Carrying out safety inspections to ensure construction and site safety
• Risk assessing
• Making sure that all paperwork is up to date
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;
• Good communication skills
• At least 3 years experience as a site manager
• Experience in interior design would be beneficial
The salary for this role is up to £50,000 but is flexible
