Our client, are an innovative and professional services group that delivers a combination of consulting and legal solutions. At present they are looking to recruit an experienced Property Lawyer to join their growing team.

They are an employee-focused business that values the opinions and input from all members of staff and pride themselves on their team values and ethos.


Role requirements:-

- To provide commercially focused advice on commercial tenant and landlord matters
- Help and advise on development agreements and other property matters
- To build and sustain client and customer relationships
- Working with the Sales and Marketing team
- To develop new business and build a client base

Personal Attributes:-

- Experienced Property Lawyer
- Commercial property focused
- IT Literate
- Strong listening and negotiating skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in sustaining and establishing client relationships
- Existing client base (not essential)
- Experience in delivering client-forward solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well within a team as well as individually
