We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Administrator to work in a busy team offering telephone and administrative support.
You will be the first point of contact on the telephones and will be dealing with a wide variety of calls and issues, of which some can and will be of a sensitive nature. You will be liaising with various teams and arranging appointments for people and following these up with the correct paperwork.
You must have an excellent telephone manner, with the ability to speak to a wide variety of people in a compassionate and professional way. IT skills are essential as is the ability to work in an organised manner.
Hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday, this is a 6-8 week booking initially with an immediate start.
