I am currently working with a highly successful and well-established company in central Tunbridge Wells with locations through Europe. The Tunbridge Wells office is based centrally with excellent transport links and also has an onsite car park.

You will be joining a positive, driven and professional company that provides excellent training and development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to be successful. Working within a small team you will be reporting to the finance director and assisting with invoicing, contracts management, reporting and administration – including:

• Booking payments of suppliers
• Booking and reconciling client payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Payment queries and timescales
• Database management
• Contract creation and management
• Compliance documentation management
• Management reporting

The role is incredibly varied and requires someone with a strong accounts/finance background who has the ability to hit the ground running.

Prior knowledge of accountancy software would be beneficial as would a basic understanding of bookkeeping.
