We are looking for Market Researchers/Customer Survey Advisors for our client based in Ashford
You will work on surveys from leading and well known brands, discussing banking and finance products and services.
Duties include:
* Making calls to businesses to conduct market research surveys over the phone, asking for facts and opinions
* Filling out the computerised database with the answers / information
* Answering any questions the business has in relation to the product or service
The role is a temporary Position
* Location: Ashford
* Start Date: ASAP
* Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday or 4pm - 9pm
* Weekends also available
This is not cold calling; it is conducting research on behalf of brands that are very well known and reputable. The recipients of the calls generally are happy to undertake the research and find the calls interesting.
* No experience necessary but you must have a clear and concise telephone manner and be computer literate
