Are you a Customer Service Administrator with a passion for music? Are you looking for a challenging new role in a fast paced environment?
Our client, a music and media provider, are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team in Camden, Central London. You will be working with a forward thinking and modern company with offices all around the world. It is a great time to be joining their team.
You will provide first line support to their customers, ensuring a high quality service is delivered that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
Duties of the role include:
- Answer incoming customer requests and enquiries via phone and email
- Acting as first point of contact for customers with regard to product delivery and installations
- Handling enquiries from engineers on site and providing assistance/information
- Setting up and activating new customer accounts
- Creating login details for customers
- Troubleshooting software and internet connectivity issues
- Assist with credit control - chase customers for outstanding payments/ overdue invoices
- Advanced use of Excel and basic use of PowerPoint
- Logging all activity on CRM/customer database
You will have superb communication skills and excellent multi-tasking ability. This role would suit someone with a natural sense of urgency, who learns quickly, and with an excellent work ethic.
The ideal candidate will have:
- One to Two years experience in a call centre or other customer service environment
- Proficient MS Windows and MS Office Suite ability
- Advanced Excel skills - Pivot Tables and V Lookups
- Accurate typing skills
- A high standard of written and spoken English
- Proven customer service skills (with examples)
- Active listening and verbal reasoning
