Insurance Account Manager currently required to join a leading group in Maidstone.
A competitive salary of up to £23,000 per annum (dependent on experience) is on offer plus an excellent benefits package including a Perkbox membership, your birthday off work, a parking scheme and quarterly team nights out.
The business is known for its outstanding service and therefore they would like to find an experienced communicator who is used to keeping the Customer at the forefront of everything they do!
The Insurance Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound customer telephone calls and online chats
- Following up with customers and carrying out courtesy calls
- Managing and responding to email enquiries in a professional manner
- Dealing with any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Keeping an up to date knowledge of company products
The ideal person for this role will have prior experience in the Insurance sector and will be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment. They will also be highly organised and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
- Qualified or working towards CII and prepared to work towards a diploma (funded)
- Use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of industry regulations
