Operational Administartor- up to £27,000 - Chatham. My client, the world's specialist insurance market, are looking for an 'Asct, Distribution Auction & Stamp Specialist' to join the Chatham based team. You will be working within an established team of professionals who will all have a similar skill set and background to yourself, so you will be able to interact with like-minded individuals daily.

In applying for this role, you will have 2-5 years' experience in a similar environment, Experience of providing customer service in the Financial Sector, working to multiple fixed deadlines, working within the rules and regulations of Financial Crime, Anti-Money Laundering and CASS, understanding of working within financial and operational risk and stakeholder engagement. Preferably would have an ICA Certificate in Anti Money Laundering or Financial crime.

The main purpose is to support the Manager, Distribution and Business Operations in delivering a high quality and efficient service, ensuring compliance, regulatory and trustee obligations are consistently met in respect of Membership and associated activities.

* To be actively involved in Distribution Cash Accounting tasks as assigned, such as DAM processing, surplus processing & creditor loss payments and management statistics.
* Incorporate Customer Due Diligence (CDD) to ensure compliance with Anti-Money
* Laundering and Financial Crime regulations ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly logged, correctly completed and data is accurately recorded.
* Escalate issues where appropriate.
* Verify and accurately record all changes to existing members' arrangements and standing personal data.
* To assist with the apportionment, checking and creation of any interim cash calls and Open Year Releases into Distribution at Member level. To notify relevant departments of cash calls and produce cash call charge and management statistics for Market Services.
* To process the compulsory use and compulsory sale of assets in the Personal Reserve Fund and Special Reserve Fund adhering to set rules and timetable deadlines.
* To process voluntary, compulsory and Central Fund drawdowns to pay losses and utilise the bulk cash system to transfer FAL assets to Distribution.
* To process the SRF Inland Revenue valuations.
* To maintain effective controls, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail whilst working to strict market deadlines and service standards
* Provide assistance and support to other team members on ad-hoc tasks and projects as required



As an Opertional Administrator working with this company, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £27,000 You will also be entitled to an excellent range of benefits.
