Finance Assistant, Gravesend, £18,00 - £23,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Due to my client's location, it is essential that you have full access to your own vehicle

As the Finance Assistant for this extremely successful business, you will support the Finance Manager to ensure the timely completion of monthly accounts. This is a varied role and duties will include:

* Purchase, Sales Ledger & Credit Control duties
* Producing high volume customer invoices
* Sending statements and copy invoices
* Entering stock and vehicle cost information onto the system
* Entering vehicle stats onto the system- dart and congestion charges, mileage and costs
* Daily banking- cheques and cash entered onto sage
* Handling all finance queries from suppliers and customers via telephone and email

The ideal candidate:

* Proven experience in a similar role
* Previously used Sage or other accounts packages
* Full access to own vehicle due to client location
