My client based just outside of Maidstone and seeking an experienced PR and Marketing Assistant to join their team on a part time basis. This could be worked at 3 full days or 5 days across hours such as 09:30-14:30.
The purpose of this position is to provide support to the PR and Marketing team and assist in delivering projects in a timely and effective manner.
Key responsibilities:
* Downloading digital press cuttings
* Providing monthly reports
* Monthly coverage reports
* Assisting on filming and photoshoots
* Responding to press enquiries
* Writing advertorials, drafting press releases, updating the PR calendar
* Updating the website as required
* Maintaining customer databases
* Writing entries for annual awards
* General administrative duties as requires
Personal attributes:
* Keeping the brand consistent in all written work
* Accuracy of work
* Excellent IT Skills with a particular focus on Word, Excel, InDesign, HTML and Photoshop
* A good working relationship with all staff
