My client based in Chatham is looking for an Analyst to join their team (due to expansion)

The purpose of the role is to support data driven decision making and ensuring compliance procedures are adhered to within the department. This will be achieved by delivery of regular performance statistics and regular review and maintenance of compliance policies.

Responsibilities:
- Forecasting, resource planning, performance & compliance statistics, scheduled/ ad-hoc management information.
- Work with management to identify scope and create informative management information, using various applications, tools and date sources to maximum effect.
- Identify and communicate key insights and ideas for improvement.
- Ensure all data is maintained to the higher integrity and all process are documented clearly
- Proactively analyse data to identify trends opportunities and risks and report to management for continuous improvement

- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts simply with clarity
- Excellent organisation skills, time management and attention to detail
- Negotiate effectively and deliver feedback in clear & concise manner
- Ability to present data and insight visually and verbally in a meaningful and compelling way
- An appreciation of statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques
- Excellent investigative and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask, work to deadlines and respond to constructive feedback
- Ability to work well in a team environment and be motivated to work alone
- Minimum of intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access

Preferred skill set:
- Experience of SAP
- Experience of G-Suite
- Thrive under pressure
