Account Manager- Erith- £22,000-£24,000 + monthly bonus

Benefits: Great commission structure, 23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm with 1 hour lunch break



My client, a leading supplier to construction/trade is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join their local team. Providing 1-2-1 support to an External Sales Rep, you will be responsible for managing 0rders and boosting sales for 200-300 B2B clients in your portfolio. Duties include:

Duties will include:

* Handling incoming calls/emails from your clients to discuss orders/products
* Provide new and existing customers quotes on their orders negotiating discounts based on volumes
* Following up all quotations via telephone and email
* Liaising with Sales Rep to produce detailed pricing structures for clients in the geographical area
* Processing orders through the order-wise system with extreme accuracy
* Managing bespoke orders through printing/personalisation stage through to delivery
* Logging all activity and calls on CRM systems Salesforce
* Analysing key accounts and understanding profitability, margins and up sell opportunities
* Making 5 proactive outbound sales calls to "lapsed" clients to re-establish business



The ideal candidate for this role:

* Proven experience in a deadline focused role- speed combined with accuracy is the secret to my clients best Account Manager's success
* Confident to identify up sell or cross-sell opportunities
* Experience advising on large product range- my client has 5000 core products but an inventory of ten times this
* B2B Account Management experience
* Target focused
* Relationship builder
