My client is currently looking for a Sales Administrator to provide Maternity Leave Cover for a maximum of 12 months to join a fast paced, busy and friendly team.

MONDAY-FRIDAY

Reporting to the Strategic Development Director the successful candidate will support the commercial team in all matters of sales administration, covering customer enquiries, pricing, booking uploads, tender support and creation working with relevant stakeholders, collation of excel based reports to support Commercial reporting processes. Marketing activity including overseeing and support of PR through company Social media platforms.

Job Description

The role includes, but is not limited to, the following key responsibilities –

Receiving requests from existing and prospective customers.
Reviewing data and customer information including booking and finance platforms.
Assisting with compiling detailed tender documents.
Marketing support using company social media platforms.
Attendance and preparation of material for Management or project meetings.
Contributing to sales and marketing activities as required.
Completion of basic sales feedback forms and trackers to assist the Business Development Team.
Targeting of existing customers to better understand their business requirements.
Support any process/system development designed to maximise commercial efficiency.
Pro-actively work with other sections of the wider company group ensuring the maximisation of its service offering to the wider client base.
Maintain confidentiality of business-critical information at all times.
Support specific campaigns working with the Commercial team.

Knowledge & Experience

Sales administrative experience
Strong degree of confidence (not easily put-off).
A good team player.
Excellent inter-personal and communication skill with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively.
Able to work under pressure and independently, whilst maintaining a high level of personal integrity.
A resilient, tenacious and confident approach able to make phone-calls and get to the right person.
Will demonstrate strong aptitude and determination in completing a task.
High level of admin and IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Use of a CRM / sales tracking tool would be useful but not essential.
Strong ability to work (and deliver) autonomously and know when to seek support / work as a team to deliver the task.
General Responsibilities (other)

Some UK travel may be required.
