JOB TITLE: Temporary Receptionist



LOCATION: Rural Ashford



SALARY: £10ph



INDUSTRY: Construction



HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

6 months (possibly longer, possibly permanent)



Are you available full time for the next 6 months? We have a reception vacancy starting immediately! You will be working on a busy reception desk based in rural Ashford within a beautiful, converted barn.



Duties will include:



* Answering both internal calls and customer calls.
* Message taking, accuracy is key.
* Meeting and greeting visitors.
* Making refreshments for visitors.
* General administration such a post handling and filing.



Experience is not essential however the right candidate will have a good work ethic and learn fast. You will be dealing with people of various levels from Directors and Management to Customers so confidence is essential.



This is a temporary role, so flexibility is required, and your own transport is required to be able to get to the role.
