Our client are looking for people, ideally with a background in hospitality, who can deal with quieter periods as well as being ready to jump into action when necessary, with a good ability to pick up I.T. systems. This fantastic long term temp role is being run until November of this year.
This role is working as part of a shift team, which means four days on and four days off, including 2 day shifts and 2 night shifts. During the night shifts you will have long periods of downtime, where the client will encourage you to bring with you activities that will keep you engaged ie; coursework, books, studying, videogames.

This role is as brilliant as it sounds! You will be delivering incident response and maintenance services via a 24/7 network control centre. As well as liaising with all emergency response units, logging accurate information into the database and being responsible for all incident reports.
