Day to day, you will be involved with:
- Liaising with directors and other team leaders through the business to identify KPIs and set team objectives;
- Arranging and attending client visits and meetings;
- Managing existing client relationships and maximising service delivery;
- Targeting new business and driving new relationships.
The ideal candidate-
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have relevant proactive sales experience;
- Would be driven and motivated by achievable KPI-led bonus;
- Is a hands-on team leader/high performer who is motivated by financial reward;
- Must be located locally to Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks.
