Our Ashford based client is looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant!

This is a varied role working with the Finance Director. Ideally you will have at least 5 years experience in Accounts. Hours are flexible but at least 3 days a week are required.

You should have experience in the following:

• Purchase invoice coding and processing

• Opening supplier accounts

• Supplier payments

• Collecting delivery notes from sites and reconciling to invoices

• CIS returns/year end statements

• Overseeing price reviews

• Bank reconciliations

• VAT returns

• Running of monthly pay roll

• Preparation of Monthly Management accounts

• Cash flows

• Petty Cash

• Providing reports as required by Directors

• Sage Line 50 experience preferred
