I am currently working with a highly innovative and forward thinking company who operate within financial services . Established for over 30 years, my client have over 80,000 clients worldwide and provide a variety of administrative solutions to a combination of B2B and B2C customers.

As a result of this growth, my client is looking for a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join the small, yet high functioning team to help with the additional workload. They are seeking an individual with a real desire to work within a numbers focused role, whether that be through educational achievements or employment history, duties to include:

• Ensuring payments are received and processed.
• Reconciling cheques and transfers.
• Communicating with clients to advise of account changes.
• Sending forms to clients for completion.
• Use of internal systems and updating of client instructions.

You will further be working closely with other teams to ensure the smooth running of the department and assisting with additional ad-hoc duties.
