Field Sales Rep

£28-40k DOE + bonus

Mid Kent (with travel nationally)

Are you looking for a new field based sales experience with our market leading client within the construction industry.

Our client is now seeking an enthusiastic Field Sales Rep to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will cover Kent through to SE London, Sussex and Surrey.

This exciting role will involve generating leads, following up on existing leads and using effective sales methods to exceed targets.

Your duties:

* Generate leads through networking and market research
* Respond to enquiries in a timely and effective manner
* Identify opportunities for growth
* Liaise with the Internal sales team to further drive sales
* Ensure you are delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and after sales care
* Provide monthly reports to Directors
* Attend meetings as and when required

You will have:

* Relevant b2b sales experience and a passion for hunting new business, field based preferred
* Experience in a relevant industry
* Strong numeracy skills
* Strong account management skills
* A good commercial awareness
* First class communication and great relationship building skills
* An honest and genuine approach
* The ability to manage your own workload and work well under pressure
* A target driven, self-motivated personality
* Flexibility to travel for work
