Working alongside industry professionals you will have the opportunity to learn and grow on a daily basis liaising with some of the countries leading industry professionals.
As a small business, long-term commitment is more important than experience and you will be:
• Liaising with existing clients on their current plans.
• Answering a mixture of inbound telephone calls and emails from new clients.
• Undertaking a needs analysis for each customer to understand requirements
• Working with leading insurance providers to create bespoke packages.
• Contract negotiation and management.
• General administrative duties including renewals and MTA’s.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work well as part of a small team and have a real desire to settle in to a company long-term.
You will be rewarded for your hard work with an excellent basic salary and attractive bonus scheme, 20 days holiday and the ability to work towards formal qualifications!
