Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Clerk

My client, a local success story based in Gravesend, are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Clerk. Within this role you will predominantly involve all elements of Accounts, with a focus on Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities will include -
* Processing purchase invoices
* Reconciling nominal accounts
* Payment runs
* Create and authorise supplier bank payments
* Creating / submitting Invoice Finance sales figures
* Credit control as and when required
* Rectify any customer / supplier issues
* Monthly review of the debtors/creditors reconciliations and management of ageing items
* Reviewing and improving AR/AP processes
* Posting journals
