An expanding IT Support company requires an experienced IT Support professional to join their Support Team.
Job details:-
• Provide 1st/2nd line customer support via phone and remote access.
• Log, categorise and prioritise customer incidents and queries.
• Manage 1st/2nd line Incidents and queries to resolution.
• Provide deskside customer support (site-visits).
• PC setup and deployment.
Requirements / experience:-
• Windows 10
• Office 365
• Windows Server (advantageous)
• Network knowledge (advantageous)
• WiFi
• Cyber Security
Skills:-
• Strong customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Good documentation skills
Other requirements:-
-Full driving license and own car
-Right to work in the UK
Desirable but not essential one of MCP / MTA / CompTIA +A
Basic Network Understanding and configuration with Routers and Switches.
Desirable but not essential any MSP experience in previous roles.
