A fantastic opportunity for a HR Operations Team Leader to join an established global company has arisen.

You will be reporting to the HR Operations Manager being responsible for delivering operational HR services to employees and Team Leaders and supporting the wider HR partnering teams. In addition this role leads employee benefits, strategically and operationally for the UK such as pension, risk, health-care and company cars.



You will be the key contact and company stakeholder for the Trustees and Advisors.



Duties include;

* Team Leadership - of a team of 6 HR Assistants, based across UK sites
* HR Admin Management - providing expertise on the effective delivery of effective day to day HR services.
* Standardising Practices - working towards consistent working practice across the board
* HR Policies and Information - managing, reviewing and updating
* Benefit Management - working with benefit providers, main point of contact for all stakeholders
* Any other duties as required





The successful candidate will be/ have;

* Proven experience in an operational HR capacity or HR shared services
* HR qualification or equivalent knowledge/experience
* Experience with and good knowledge of UK pensions, governance and legislation
* Team Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, develop and coach a team
* Experience of implementing new systems, projects, processes or ways of working
* Vendor management experience
* Stakeholder management skills, internal and external
