Our client based in Sandwich is currently looking for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent.
Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of luxury products and they are ideally looking for someone with experience as an administrator within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Issue confirmations to suppliers and customers.
* Deal with customer queries.
* Update sales systems and supplier bookings appropriately.
* Updating Inventory
* Booking Freight
* Contact customers to attain any missing details.
* Manage bookings - order processing and confirmation.
* Ad hoc admin duties.
As the Administrator you will have experience in a similar role and fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
