Spanish Speaking Cleaning Operations Manager
Central London
£40-45K Per Annum DOE
Our client, a fast growing, award-winning serviced office provider based in Central London, is currently looking to recruit a Cleaning Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be working 37.5/40 hours per week for an annual salary of £40-45K per annum DOE.
As the Cleaning Operations Manager, you willâ¦
* Manage/monitor contract operation within budget contract specification
* Continuously develop and improve quality and hygiene standards
* Monitor customer requirements and demands
* Keep up to date with changes in legislation and implement accordingly
* Recruit, train and motivate operational staff and create a culture of development from within
* Ensure resources are properly stored, used, maintained and controlled as necessary
* Manage the day to day delivery of services in line with the contract specification
* Attend client review meetings and deal with relevant actions professionally
* Prepare proposals and meet potential clients
* Manage any commercial/sub-contractor areas of the contract
* Work closely with all departments to ensure all reporting requirements are met in line with contract deliverables
* Liaise with parent company stakeholders to ensure operational, HR deliverables and expectations are met
Person Specification:
* Must have experience managing a cleaning function.
* Must be fluent in Spanish.
