Role:

The role of the Talent Researcher is to find, qualify and create opportunities with new and existing talent in the industry. You will be required to call and manage a talent pool of individuals currently working at all of their client’s competitors and associate businesses with the aim of booking a meeting with them for your Consultant/Director to attend and to manage them through the recruitment process.

This role requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual who is forward thinking and keen to learn. In addition to this they run incentives for the top billers each month and quarter which will include you.

Ideal candidate:

Previous sales or recruitment experience

Annual basic salary 20-25k dependant on experience plus uncapped commission, incentives and career opportunity. Plus the opportunity to work in an excellent team environment.
