I am looking for a sales representative to join a team based in Gillingham.
The role duties
- Actively cold call prospect and lapsed clients to book in meetings for the Field Sales team
- Back up for the telesales team to answer inbound calls
- Answer all incoming calls with a friendly manner
- Achieve and exceed appointment booking target
- Process orders and enquires
- Ensure reporting is done correctly and on time
-Be enthusiastic and a team player at all times
Candidate Qualifications for the role:
- 2 years sales experience in customer service/ telesales role
- Key account management and prospective calling experience
- 1 year within a coaching telesales role (identifying needs and developments)
- GCSE educated or above
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
Extras:
- Salary £20k
- Uncapped bonus (up to 10k!)
- 25 days holiday
- Pension scheme
