The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to cover some maternity leave in the team supporting the implementation of Searchflow’s marketing communication strategies across key audiences in the property sector, driving key business metrics including Marketing Qualified Leads, Sales Qualified Leads and opportunities through to won business.



The role will involve:



Supporting the delivery of fully integrated marketing plans to drive sales growth and generate leads
Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales, product and customer success teams
Building and managing the company’s social media profiles and presence to drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence and explore new ways to engage with our target buyers
Supporting the use of promotional channels, including events, social media, devising and implementing content promotion and activity to drive customer engagement and leads
Executing lead nurture strategy to relevant data segments, including channels such as email, using Pardot to manage lead nurture drip campaigns
Measuring results and optimising the nurture tracks to convert leads to customers


About You
You will need to have proven experience of development, delivery and reporting on marketing campaigns. You will need to have/be;

A degree in Marketing is preferred
A relevant Marketing qualification, CIM or IDM preferable
Experience in email, social and event/webinar management
Experience in inbound marketing and marketing automation
Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills
Ability to work closely with other departments to create materials which support growth and retention
A strong creative flair
This will be a 12 month contract role to commence in April.
