Based in the Dartford area, we are looking for an experienced individual who has worked within the Property industry and has experience of dealing with the administration involved in selling homes.
You will support the sales team in achieving their completion targets, managing the reservations to exchange and completion.
The role will require you to set up and manage progression files, tracking and recording the progress with notes on the database. You will lead on the achievement of target exchange and completion dates by liaising with people internally and externally.
You will develop strong relationships with all parties, highlighting any possible risks or problems along the way.
You must be fully IT literate and be familiar with databases. An understanding of the conveyancing process will be required.
Hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with an immediate start, initially until the end of March.
