JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Specialist
SALARY: £22K-£25K
LOCATION: Ashford
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm
INDUSTRY: Successful manufacturing and distribution company
BENEFITS: 25 days annual leave
Main tasks within your new job would be:
* Processing supplier invoices and obtaining approval
* Matching of invoices to Purchase orders and investigating any discrepancies
* Processing employee expenses
* Preparation of regular payment runs
* Preparation of international payments
* Set up and maintain supplier records
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Review of Aged Creditors to maintain credit terms
* Resolution of queries, both internal and external
* Managing the Accounts Payable inbox
* Reconciliation of bank accounts
We'd love to speak to candidates with:
* Accounts Payable experience
* Process Implementation experience
* Exceptional attention to detail skills
