Our client are an award winning global provider of technical equipment and are actively seeking a permanent Installations Administrator to join their busy installations team.
As an Installations Administrator you will be responsible for understanding the needs of the business to ensure customer orders are processed and installed within the time-frame required. You will have outstanding administration skills and have the ability to use a CRM system. You will be calm, organised with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Your key duties will include:
Booking installations for the company, using in house engineers and sub-contractors.
Liaison with the client in regards to installation dates, this will include confirmation of equipment delivery and the install date.
Sending out job sheets, purchase orders and room plans to sub-contractors and engineers.
Dealing with adhoc queries from the client and engineers, to ensure that full communication is maintained and an outstanding customer service is provided.
Your hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
