The Role
Accounting administrator required for small American food company based in Marden, Kent.
Part time, working 3 days a week in the afternoon due to time difference in USA.
Responsibilities
To be involved in all facets of the business - main responsibilities include:
· Processing orders and preparing VAT invoices.
· Managing company expenses (using multiple currencies)
· Book-keeping, knowledge of Sage necessary
· Managing stock and preparing food samples
· General administrative tasks including filing and answering calls
· Canvassing prospective clients
Experience and skills
· Must be able to work independently
· Must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Ideally candidate will have some digital marketing experience, but not essential
