We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our fun loving, family orientated client in Sevenoaks.
As the Kitchen Assistant you will be able to runt he dish machine quickly and efficiently, supporting the chefs on line to ensure that the food quality produce is A+ all the time, every time.
You will need to have a full understanding of the prep items and line call items to be able to produce them quickly and efficiently.
Duties include:-
* Keep dish area clean and tidy at all times.
* Ensure all food areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
* Uphold cleaning duties and schedules including end of night clean down.
* Uphold all health and safety standards in line with company standards.
* Stock control including deliveries, stock rotation and food quality.
* Ensure all prep work is completed on shift as required and to specification.
* Ensure line call items are produced quickly and efficiently to specification.
* Ensure kitchen uniforms are put away on day of delivery.
* Ensure dirty tea towels and chef ware is counted and bagged on day of collection.
* Ensure portion control is adhered to achieve a minimum of 70% GP.
