Project Manager required for a Design and Build Sub Contractor based in Croydon.

Candidate must have a background in Design and Build fit out projects as a Project Manager. Applicants without this experience will not be considered. Commercial experience highly desirable.

Salary: Circa £50K (DOE) + Package

Start date: ASAP

Location: Croydon

We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager with a background of working within the commercial sector. You will have a proven ability of managing projects from inception to completion, including the design and build. An in depth knowledge of the fit out process is essential along with the ability to work within a supervisory and management position.



Responsibilities:

* Day to day management of an allocated portfolio of projects
* Ensuring projects are completed in timely manner and within budget
* Liaise and maintain good working relationships with all contractors and clients
* Carry out site method statements and risk assessments
* Ensure Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to
