Synecore are a independant successful M&E contractor based in Sittingbourne in Kent.

Our service and maintenance department is thriving and growing quickly with many significant blue chip clients.

This is a pivotal role ensuring that we are providing exceptional client service to our incredible client base.

We look after thousands of Assets across hundreds of retail, hotel and office sites in London and South East, responding to emergency calls for Commercial refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical.

You will build close working relationship with our clients maintenance teams and gain their confidence in your ability to respond to their urgent requirements and ensure you see through to completion, working closely with your colleagues who will be planning and preparing quotations to assist.

Working closely with our team of engineers, you will be proactive in ensuring electronic job reports are returned immediately they finish on site and then act upon based on the information returned, forwarding job reports to clients for comment, working closely with colleagues to ensure parts are arranged quickly and jobs planned.

Main duties include:

* Building very close relationship with clients
* Ensuring your clients jobs are being logged and processed
* Keeping your clients and their site managers updated with progress, either via email or through the various clients software portals
* Working under pressure
* Managing clients every requirement and taking responsibility to ensure expectations are met

The ideal candidate will have the following:

* Experience in a fast moving and challenging customer service environment.
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Ability to deal with difficult calls.
* Some knowledge of repairs and maintenance would be helpful but not crucial.
* Experience working with different IT systems.
* Possess good interpersonal skills and work in a busy team environment
* Client king attitude and a desire to deliver first class service
* Competent across all Microsoft packages

* 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays

* Salary £22,000.00 plus bonus
* Working for a supportive, forward thinking company.
* 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday
