We have a large online presence as well as a trade/retail outlet and you will be dealing with customers over the telephone and sometimes face to face some experience in the trade would be an advantage.
As a telephone sales and customer service representative, you will be advising prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing any concerns about purchased products. In addition, you will be processing orders, corresponding with customers via email and fufilling customer needs to ensure a smooth and happy customer satisfaction. You will be trained on product knowledge if not already aware , on plumbing, heating and stove flue equipment products we sell. Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch.
Knowledge of the plumbing industry would an advantage although training would be given.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listing, Ability to manage large amounts of incoming calls.
Computer literate - we sell on several platforms. (training will be given).
Ability to multi task, prioritise and manage time effectivley.
Excellent comunication and presentation skills.
Resolve product or service problems by claifying the customers issue, determining the cause of issue, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue, expediting correction or adjustment by following up to ensure resolution.
Proven customer support experience would be an advantage as would industry knowledge.
