An exciting opportunity has arisen for a .NET Developer to join a small I.T. department within an established company, to assist with system development of company platforms and maintenance of existing platforms, both for internal and external customers if required, utilising the latest technologies; C# .NET, MVC 5 and .NET Core.
The atmosphere of the company is friendly and relaxed. The client is conveniently located close to Junction 5 of the M20.

The ideal candidate for the role of .NET Developer will have at least 2 years of experience with;
• C# .NET using MVC5, Core 2, and Entity Framework (ORM)
• HTML5
• CSS3
• Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
• Server management and deployment for the relevant environment
• Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework- both front-end and back-end {e.g., React, Bootstrap, jQuery}
• Thorough understanding of user experience
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficiency with TFS version control
• Appreciation for clean and well documented code
• Attention to detail and design;

Main job specific duties and responsibilities for the role of .NET Developer;
• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture
• “Pixel-perfect” implementation of user interface’s
• Design and deployment of SQL database’s
• Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
• Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment

Duties of the .NET Developer include:
• Project based work liaising closely with Directors and Management
• Writing and establishing new code for new platforms
• Adapting existing codes
• System Testing
• Keeping records of the project
